These Terms of Use govern your use of Flash Invoice. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Flash Invoice provides tools for creating and managing invoices and quotes, including voice-assisted and manual workflows.

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice, pricing, client, and tax information entered in the app.
You are responsible for compliance with local tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
You must use the service lawfully and must not misuse the platform.

Paid features may require a subscription.
Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account and is subject to Apple's terms.
Cancellations and subscription management are handled in Apple account settings.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Flash Invoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Flash Invoice.
